Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Will, Amy, and Barrett Scott and the Staff of Scott Funeral Home
Scott Funeral has served the Chatham and Pittsylvania County area since 1898. Beginning as Jefferson Funeral Home, Kenneth Scott purchased the business in 1944 and was later joined by his brother Curtis. Now, Kenneth’s grandson Will and his wife Amy, along with the helpful and friendly staff are proud to renew the tradition of providing exceptional funeral and cremation services by a locally owned funeral home to families in their time of need. We also offer funeral pre-planning and have a wide selection of quality products and services, including monuments and markers, to fit any budget.
Our commitment to serve you better transcends our facility. We invite you to browse our website, and please feel comfortable enough to stop and submit a question or comment if you wish. We strive to make our families and visitors feel comfortable while paying respects to their lost loved ones, and we make considerable efforts to maintain our focus on the high standards expected of a place of tribute.
If you cannot visit us in person, or if you wish to post a thoughtful message for other online visitors to read, please visit the Online Condolences: in this way you can still be with the family in thought by signing the online guestbook, expressing your condolences or sharing memories about the deceased. You can also place a memorial donation, send a floral tribute, or be reminded of the anniversary of a death.
